For lonely people
-What makes us lonely?
-"I just want to be complete and happy"
-This talk is to empower you to be happy within yourself
-It all begins inside you...your worth, privilege, honor, the things that make you special begin with YOU.
-Begin with you. You cannot help or love others unless you love yourself. You cannot love for others if you don't first love things for yourself. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said for you to love your your brother that which you love for YOURSELF.
-Islamic Marriage means...2 complete people who merge into one another. You were not broken halves. So it begins with you being whole and complete first. You merge into one unit.
-Look within your heart and see what in you that you have to offer as a lego piece for life. The 2 of your are lego pieces...you can't see the perfect building till you put it together. You have to constuct the legos of life together.
-Haram is haram for a reason. Infatuation is different than love. Infatuation is seeing that person as amazing and having these strong feelings of attraction while those around you would tell you they are so wrong for you and not what you need. Do not fall into this trap. Love is very different.
-Go towards what is right because of your love for Allah SWT. Follow His guidance and commands and He will put true love in the hearts of people. He will give love to you but you have to love Him most first. You will not go wrong if you follow his commands and Guidance.
-Questionsright. To ask yourself: If you were married and had children and you were to pass away...would she and her family raise your children in the way as if you were there? Is their family structure, how their Islam is, how your household is...would they raise your child the same as if you were there? Can u give her the same or more than her family is giving her? Will her family accept you as thier own...will I as your mother and family...can we accept her as my true daughter and family member?
-Prophet Muhammad (SAW) got married at 25 years old. You are not supposed to get married early but as soon as you are READY. When Prophet Muhammad (SAW) got married he didn't just marry anyone, he married the best person he could.
-In Islam we believe in soulmates. Our souls knew each other before knowing one another before coming into this world. A righteous soul will navigate it's way to find their way, fight and get to one another. The souls gravitate one another. It like somehow from the moment you see someone, you know that person, you are comfortable with them. There is something.
-Prepare and cleanse yourself to get ready for the next phase in life.
-You will know you are READY when you are ready. But you have to make yourself ready. Take the financial, spiritual, learning, religious life to make marriage work.
-Don't act upon fear or limit yourself due to fear. Don't let it hold u back from what is right.
-Marriage is really great. It is. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Said the best thing in life is to be married to a good woman. And what is a good woman? The woman who her husband sees her from a distance and he is proud of her, feel joy in your heart money can't buy, feel warmth, tranquility, like she is your home. You are just so proud to have her masha'allah. And when she sees him, she feels the same for him.
-Marriage is beautiful but it's hard work.
-The compromises, growing together, the sharing together, the taking turns in sacrificing together, the taking care of one another, the elbow in the morning waking you up for fajr or even before that for tahajjud, the love you have where you are willing to do things you would never ever ever dream of doing for anyone else including your parents...that is the love you will have.
-Hadith in meaning: Take the woman in marriage a woman who gives you a sense of tenderness so that you know your children will be over loved, and when you give her she gives you so much more, the women when you and she are in a disagreement she makes effort to soothe the situation and not let the 2 of you go to bed unhappy.
